SARA ZANDIEH is a Brooklyn based filmmaker. Her film, THE POOL PARTY won a Jury Award at the Tribeca Film Festival, Best Student Short at Cinequest Film Festival, and was an official selection at the Abu Dhabi Film Festival and Palm Springs International ShortFest. Sara lived in Istanbul, Turkey as a Fulbright scholar and participated in a directing workshop at the French national film school, La Fémis, where she wrote, directed, and edited the comedic short, DEADLINE. She holds an MFA in Film Directing from Columbia University.
